How do I check availability or reserve a space at the Lumber Exchange Event Center?

Can I use an outside caterer at your venue?
We feel the best food is prepared on-site! The Lumber Exchange Event Center has an in-house catering kitchen and chef who can prepare your event menu to your liking. We also provide all bar services.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the building has a ground level entrance and a conveniently located elevator.
For our wedding, can we host our ceremony and reception in the same location?
Yes! You are welcome to have your ceremony on-site or at an off-site location.
What is included in the venue rental?
Twelve hours of venue access, private suite(s), event specialist, in-house chef, servers, bartenders, tables, chairs, bar, linens, napkins, china and glassware as well as set up and tear down of these items.
Do you offer tastings and custom menus?
Yes! We offer group tastings that showcase our Chef’s style and skill as well as private tastings to sample specific items or in the case of special dietary considerations
What bar packages are available?
We have a number of options for structuring your bar, so you can select a format that best fits your needs and budget. Options include unlimited packages, drinks on consumption, drink tickets, cases of wine & kegs or drinks for purchase by guests.
Do you provide AV or staging support?
We have a number of in-house AV items in-house including microphones, screen/projectors, staging, uplighting and more. Additional audio-visual items and technical support can be sourced through our preferred AV partner or another external AV company of your choosing.
